Technical Skills/Knowledge:(i.e., Computer Literacy, Programming, Credit/Lending, Trading Specialties, etc.)First/Second level technical support Windows applications and other external and in-house applicationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills a must.Provide excellent customer service.Act as a point of contact for internal customers, giving advice or escalating issues as appropriate to ensure needs are metSelf-starter who is able to work independently and multi-task effectivelyAccurately track all issues and resolutions in “Alloy” Helpdesk software.Basic knowledge of PC maintenance, Window 2003, Networking, TCP/IP, Microsoft SQL Database and Microsoft Office, PBX, Active Directory Basic knowledge of phone, printers, fax and scanners setup and maintenanceSystem Monitoring, daily backup’sBanking/Financial knowledge a plus.
