Including yours. * As ranked for 2006 by Inside Mortgage Finance (Feb. 2, 2007)© 2007.  Collections Call-Campaign Specialist  Primary Responsibilities Include:·  Overseeing all aspects of the Collection Department's out-bound call campaigns—including preparation of predictive and non-predictive call campaigns·  Analyzing delinquency profiles on a daily basis·  Ensuring that appropriate contact attempts are made on all delinquent accounts·  Reviewing, recommending and implementing efficiencies to the predictive dialer·  Creating, producing and distributing daily, weekly and monthly statistical data in order to appropriate management and staff levels·  Recognizing and referring systems (i.e. Melita, CMS) and reporting issues to the Operation Support area for resolution·  Monitoring Loan Counselors’ performance in Melita and CMS   A Successful Candidate Will Have:·  High school diploma or GED·  Proficiency in Access, Excel and Word ·  Self-motivational skills·  Strong organizational and detail-orientation skills·  Ability to develop and maintain spreadsheets and other formatted documents (as required by management)·  Ability to work as a team player·  Ability to review, analyze, interpret and report various trends·  Ability to determine whether or not campaigns are effective ·  Effective comprehension, listening, presentational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills·  Ability to work with and provide intelligible information to others who may not have the same level of expertise or technical training·  Excellent understanding of programs such as Melita and CMS·  Willingness to learn new or updated, departmentally required software·  4+ years general experience in mortgage banking, real estate or other related environment   The Ideal Candidate May Also Possess:·  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or other related field ·  1+ year(s) experience in data analysis and statistical reporting·  Knowledge of database operations and auto-dialing systems ·  Minimum 2+ years experience in mortgage servicing—specifically, in collections   Countrywide is committed to leveraging the talent of a diverse workforce to create great opportunities for our business and our people.
