PART TIME TELLERS

The following branch locations are currently seeking PART TIME TELLERS to provide exceptional service to our members:

 

St. Peters

West County (Ellisville)

Bridgeton

Creve Coeur

North County

Festus

South County

Sunset Hills

 

Hours are generally 20-28 per week, with Saturday mornings required.  These positions are strictly part time but there is some potential for moving into a full time position.

 

Requirements:

 

·1 year of heavy cash handling experience, with teller experience a plus

·  Exceptional customer service skills; friendly, upbeat personality

·  Ability to multi-task, promote products and services

·  Ability to work in a fast paced environment

·  Good communication and organizational skills

·  Must be able to balance a cash drawer proficiently

 

Responsibilities:

 Process member transactions in an accurate, courteous manner Promote VCU products and services Accurately balance and secure cash drawer daily

Count, verify and package currency and coinSell cashiers checks, travelers checks, savings bonds, money orders

Cash checks, verifying identity, signature and availability of funds

Candidates must:

 Have a strong work ethic, professional appearance Be able to pass a background check including having a clean credit record Have a professional, pleasant and friendly manner Be dependable, available on most Saturday mornings
