PERSONAL BANKING REPRESENTATIVE

Candidates should be self motivated, goal oriented, enthusiastic, friendly and have excellent customer service skills to work in our Lowell and Andover offices.

 

Requirements:1-3 years customer service experience with a strong concentration in referrals, sales, outbound calling and working as part of a teamExcellent interpersonal communication, organizational, and computer skillsFlexibility to learn and cover other functions as neededOutgoing and friendliness a must

Responsibilities:Building relationships with customersOpen accounts and evaluate each customers financial needs Cross selling bank's products and servicesProcessing customer transactions promptly and efficiently Requires working every other Saturday in Andover
