Part Time (3-7) Call Center

Serves the public and promotes good customer relations. Sells products and services and provides customer service via telephone in conformance with established Bank policies, procedures and objectives.Performs any functions, within scope of authority and expertise, to provide the highest level of service and responsiveness to customers and co-workers.

· Provides efficient, effective and courteous customer service. Serves as a telephone informational resource. Answers customers’ questions, explains the Bank’s policies, products and services. Provides information, quotes rates, processes applicable paperwork and/or refers to appropriate department as necessary.

· Maintains effective knowledge of Bank's products and services. Identifies and actively pursues customer sales opportunities in line with established objectives. Meets or exceeds assigned personal, sales and service goals.

· Performs file maintenance and processes requests. Ensures accuracy and timely processing of transactions.

· Refers sales opportunities to other departments or bank affiliates in support of established objectives.

· Ensures full compliance with the Bank’s Information Security Policies and Procedures.

· Performs all duties in accordance with prescribed security and regulatory guidelines.

· Provides support to On-Line Banking as necessary.

· May serve as a Branch CSR as required.

· Performs related and unrelated duties as may be required.

High School diploma or equivalent. One year as Teller, Teller/CSR or Head Teller or equivalent experience. Must be able to perform basic math procedures, oral communication, problem solving and organizational skills. Must possess at least intermediate technology skills, including knowledge of word processing, database and spreadsheet applications. Able to respond to high volume telephone inquiries. Must have scheduling flexibility and be able to work extended and weekend hours.
