Generate customer loyalty while supporting our financial services through a strong customer focus and promoting a commitment to excellence. Through telephone contact, be the name and face representing Chrysler Financial Advise customers on available payment alternatives, negotiate payment plans, and respond to customer inquiries. Manage customer accounts to ensure the collection of past due retail and lease financing of new and used vehicles sold at Chrysler Group franchised dealers. Use communication and analytical skills to provide mutually beneficial problem resolution.Part Time CSR QualificationsA minimum of 1 - 2 years of Customer Service or Collections experience is required 4 year college degree in progress, preferred Able to use active listening skills, as well as, excellent verbal and written communication skills to achieve results Driven and motivated by a fast-paced environment and have a willingness to learn and be challenged by continual professional development Thrive on cooperation and collaboration within a team as an enthusiastic individual contributor Excellence is our goal – A commitment to excellence should be reflected academically and demonstrated through leadership experiencePart Time CSR Schedule 20 hours per week - Evenings and weekend shifts available.Total Compensation Includes Hourly: $11 - $13 per hour, depending upon experience.
