 Telhio Credit Union is seeking Member Services Specialists at our downtown Columbus location. This is a part-time position!  We offer paid holidays and after six month of service vacation and a Company Matching 401(k) Plan.

 

 A Member Services Specialist is responsible for servicing the needs of the members of Telhio. Acting as a one-stop information source, the Member Servicing Specialist will provide pro active customer communication &  issuee resolution. In this position, you will focus on building loyalty, up selling/cross selling, business development and customer satisfaction. 

 Qualified candidates will have experience in customer service and sales, and be dependable.  Qualified candidates must also pass background checks including credit,  bondabity,  employment, criminal & drug screen.  Must have HSD or GED.  Previous exp. in a financial inst. preferred.
