Part Time Sales & Service Banker - On-line CSR 2 - Afternoon & Evenings

We need your ability to clearly communicate via telephone to our 10 million plus internet banking customers. Our representatives are the first point of contact with potential and current customers and play an important role in our business. They are responsible for assisting customers with a wide range of inquiries related to online financial products and services. They provide superior customer service and sales through building rapport, recognizing customer s expressed and unexpressed needs, and personalize recommendations for product and service referrals.Shifts: Part Time or Full Time Evening or mid-day shift schedules between the hours of noon - 9pm. Schedules will include both weekend days. The schedule hours may fluctual monthly. Training will be full time Monday - Friday from Noon - 9pm for 8 weeks starting on June 16th.Salary Range: $13.80 - $14.50 per hour based on experience Minimum Qualifications: 1 -2 years customer service and sales experience, a proven track record of success in a customer oriented environment where you assisted customers by listening, teaching, matching needs with solutions. Ability to recognize sales opportunities, provide exceptional customer satisfaction; retain and grow our customer s banking relationships. Strong PC skills including ability to troubleshoot problems related to the Internet.Detail-oriented and able to multitask while responding to customer inquiries.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, advanced organizational and problem solving skills.Ability to adapt to and embrace change with a flexible, positive attitude. Preferred Skills: Experience in a call center, financial services or related industry.
