DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

In this sales and service-oriented role, you will promote, sell and deliver Sovereign products and services to meet the financial needs of current and prospective customers. By providing proactive and efficient service and exceeding customers’ expectations, you will help grow and maintain profitable customer relationships. Average 20 hours/week.

 

SPECIFIC DUTIES:

· Analyze and determine customers’ financial needs and match these needs to the appropriate Sovereign product or service

· Meet and exceed personal sales goals and actively participates in all branch sales and marketing activities.

· Open new accounts, process loan applications and close loans according to guidelines.

· Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of all consumer products and services.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

· High school diploma or equivalent; College degree preferred

· Previous banking or retail/sales experience

· Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills

· Basic computer knowledge and Windows’ skills

· Proven track record in meeting sales goals preferred

· Self-motivated, driven with a positive attitude desired

· Must be available to work Saturday mornings
