PeopleSoft Developer

Mastery of PeopleSoft HCM tools including: PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR, Query, Crystal and SQL Reports, and the ability to code or read SQL a plus. Participate with the ASAP team in the software development life cycle for PeopleSoft HCM. Develop, upgrade, implement, test and document software components. Direct, review, approve and build well-documented, efficient, and effective solutions to meet business needs and provide responsive support to production issues. Responsibilities may include: developing solutions with team members to implement previously defined and documented requirements. Work effectively as a team member and provide excellent customer support to client users.

Requirments:A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related degree in the IT field is highly desirable.Combination of five years experience in IT applications development including: project management, system design, development, testing, and production support. Five plus years of experience in life cycle software development for PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) products including: Human Resources, Benefits Administration, Recruit Workforce, Position Management, Absence Management, Payroll for North America, and Workflow desirable. Possess effective analytical abilities and communication skills, both oral and written. Demonstrates skills in the technical leadership of applications development and maintenance efforts.
