Manages a premier/excellent household customer portfolio and proactively cross-sells additional products through referrals and outbound calling with the goal of acquiring 100% of the customers' financial services business. Special emphasis is placed on providing customers with personal financial counseling and lending service. Gains new customers through outbound calls (in-person and Telephone) and partner referrals. Develops and maintains relationships with Wells Fargo partners to maximize sales opportunities and achieve minimum sales standards. Annual certification may be required. Run with a Leader! Run with US! Minimum Qualifications: Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 1 year as Personal Banker experience, as well as proven sales and customer service skills. Length of service and performance requirements must be met in your current position. 1+ years experience in a consumer banking and/or mortgage banking sales position. Demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive sales goals, with a focus on loan goals, loan volume for high value customers and small business acquisition. Demonstrated ability to partner successfully across multiple Wells Fargo business lines. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with premier household customer base. Strong oral and written communication skills in assisting various levels of customers and management. Demonstrated time management and follow through. Preferred Skills: Previous Personal Banker 1 experience preferred. WF required licensing (series 7 and 66) preferred or desire to obtain.
