Personal Banker Acquires new accounts and services large account balance relationships, in accordance with individual established goals to include: multiple business and individual deposit accounts, merchant accounts, cash management products, credit card, safe deposit and all types of loan and lines of credit. May make sales presentations regarding bank products and services to prospective clients and company principals. May supervise FSRs. Spends at least 70% of the time performing sales functions outside the bank premises.Personal Banker I, X21 - Typically requires a Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or a related field and 2+ years of business development experience. Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts and techniques. Working knowledge of bank products and procedures and proven business development techniques.Personal Banker II, X22 - Typically requires a Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or a related field and 4+ years business development, prospecting and basic underwriting experience.
