ViewPoint Bank...It's Different Here!Personal Bankers working in our InStore (grocery store) locations perform various duties including opening new accounts, selling ViewPoint Bank's products and services and conducting teller transactions. Responsible for meeting monthly sales goals, providing exception member service and being an intragral part of the branch team.Candidates must be self-starters; goal and people oriented; flexible in their schedules and have the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks at one time. Financial background is a plus but not required. Must be professional in appearance and conduct. Job Responsibilities:Sell ViewPoint Bank products via in-aisle selling, PA announcements and follow up activities with a focus on asking shoppers for their business.Establish, retain and deepen relationships with existing members and new members to achieve sales goals.Identify and anticipate customer needs and recommend products and services to meet those needs.
