As a Member Service Associate, your responsibilities will include:

• Building, maintaining, and expanding member (customer) relationships.
• Focusing on determining the member’s needs and effectively closing on appropriate DuPage Credit Union products and services. This requires excellent loan and savings product knowledge
• Supporting Management in ensuring all aspects of daily sales office operations are effectively complete
• Assisting in the training of other team members in the retail sales office.

Candidates must:

• Have an Associate’s degree or 2 years work experience in a financial institution or sales
• Cash handling experience and sales experience preferred
• Be adaptable and view setbacks as non-personal and opportunity for future success
• Be highly motivated and organized
• SATURDAY AVAILABILITY A MUST
