In this role, you will provide World Class sales and service to customers, exceeding their expectations while growing profitable customer relationships.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

* Analyze and determine the customer’s financial needs in order to match with the appropriate product or service

* Meet and exceed personal and branch sales goals

* Open new accounts, process loan applications and close loans

* Develop and maintain knowledge required to fulfill job functions.

* Perform other duties and attend meetings as requested

* May be asked to help out at a neighboring branch

* May travel to meetings

 

 

Qualifications:

.

* High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

* Strong organizational, interpersonal and relationship building skills

* Basic computer knowledge and Windows’ skills

* 6-12 months of banking experience as a new account rep or similar position preferred
