Phone Bank Supervisor 1

Job Description: Responsible for supervising staff providing customer service. Duties may include: supervising workflow and quality of customer service reps; working with management team to identify problems and improve customer service levels; interfacing with other Bank departments; correspondent banks and/or vendors to resolve issues; communicating company and unit policy, procedures, and practices to customers; making employment decisions and setting performance standards; training and coaching staff; writing and conducting performance evaluations; performing budgetary, product and/or business case analysis; researching/analyzing special projects as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: Prior supervisory experience required. Excellent verbal and written communication. Excellent interpersonal skills. Schedule will have core hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday . PLEASE NOTE: This schedule will be flexible, and based on business need, this person will need to work later into the evening one night a week and may need to work weekends as well.
