Responsibilities:
Report directly to the Portfolio Manager to assist in managing the loan portfolio.
This position requires strong background in collections of commercial real estate loans.
Knowledge of financial information relating to real estate property.
Prepare reports in Microsoft Excel and Word in a timely manner.
Direct contact with customers and monitor loan covenants.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years experience in the commercial lending industry.

Qualifications:
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
The ideal candidate will possess PC proficiency using Microsoft Windows applications.
Strong organizational and analytical skills and the ablity to multi-task.
Ability to work independently and as a team player.
