Portfolio Manager Team Leader

Manage a portfolio of small business clients and business banking accounts.  Individual will also be responsible for managing, coaching and leading the other portfolio managers in the group.  We are looking for an individual with very strong credit skills and leadership qualities.  The ideal candidate will be a "player/coach"This is a great opportunity for the right person to help manage and grow a department while maintaining a current portfolio of business clients.  * Provide product support and services to customers within loan portfolio to maintain and grow existing banking relationships.* Prepare detailed analysis of customer requests and formulate recommendations of the best products and services that fit the customer's requirements* Prepare and present product and service recommendations to customers based upon their requests for their consideration and acceptance. Negotiate terms and conditions with customers to meet bank requirements of profitability as well as meet their expectations for competitively priced and competently provided products and services.* Maintain integrity of the portfolio at all times to insure compliance with banking regulations, bank credit policy and risk management guidelines.* Detailed reporting to various levels of management of all activities associated with the growth and maintenance of the portfolio.All inquiries are 100% confidential.
