Portfolio Quality Specialist

JOB SUMMARY

Provides administrative support to the Portfolio Quality Dept.

 

· Assist with collection efforts in commercial and RE loan portfolios.  Activities include:

o  Make initial collections calls on delinquencies, as requested

o  Complete research on delinquencies to insure validity, including DDA research

o  Order (and follow up on, as requested) property inspections on loans 30+ days delinquent

o  Send NOI and collections letters

o  Send late charge notices from BISYS, monthly

o  Send notifications to RMs and BBs

o  Send overdraft letters

o  Follow up on insurance claims related to all properties with fire/water damage

o  Complete initial review and follow up of collection agency referrals.  Request assistance, as appropriate

o  Preview in service and call center inquiries, referring them to the appropriate resource



DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Produce reports of department activities

o  Produce weekly delinquency report, updating system with changes and comments

o  Produce weekly and quarter-end maturity report, including managing and updating Eaglesnet

o  Produce and send monthly tickler and exception reports to RMs and BBs

 

· Complete data input to update information on various monitoring systems

o  Key in updates to tickler and exception monitoring systems

o  Research and validate tickler and exception items, as requested

o  Key in updates to weekly maturity report on Eaglesnet

 

· Provide other administrative support, as appropriate, to PQ Dept.



REQUIRED

 

EDUCATION: Completion of some College coursework preferred

 



SYSTEMS: MS Word, Excel, Outlook
