EXECUTIVE-LEVEL BANKING PROFESSIONAL NEEDED!

Caliber Candidate will possess:

• Expertise in structuring lease programs including pricing and negotiating financing solutions
• Knowledge of applicable tax (various states) and accounting administration for commercial lease and loan products
• Credit underwriting and analysis

• Business development of small to mid-market commercial loans and leases (up to $5,000,000) to grow volume  w/annual goals
• Aggressive marketing, prospecting, networking activity, and presentation of both leasing programs and detailed proposals, to end-users, vendors and equipment dealers to solicit new business and to grow relationships with existing clients and other company contacts with a focus on a 6 state region in the Midwest (Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, South Dakota, Minnesota and Missouri).
• Professional development and supervision of leasing representatives
• Structure competitive financing programs (price, originate and negotiate lease transactions and loan solutions)
• Company management of lease/loan portfolio, sales, accounting, compliance, marketing; guides growth within the organization’s philosophy and goals
• Portfolio management
