Ideal candidates do not have to reside only in Miami. If you have the book of business and clients in another city, the client would be willing to open an office there, if they do not already have one there. DutiesThis position is responsible to bring new HNI clients and maintain profitable relationships. Assure attractiveness of relationships to existing and potential HNI clients Offer investment advice based on your research, guidance from the Investment Department and various in-house advisory team recommendations Identify HNI business opportunities Assure continuous analysis of HNI client and market demands regarding service and product offering Service HNI clients with PMA accounts with support by the Investment Department Work with Account Managers in other booking centers in order to assure their service is efficient and satisfying Reports regularly to the Chairman RequirementsBachelor's degree in a related subject required, Master's degree preferred Six to eight years of experience as a Relationship Manager of HNI (HNI= min. TUSD 500,000 in assets in the same organization) Series 7 required Ideal candidate must have $75-100 million under management Must be a true sales Hunter, as opposed to a Farmer Entrepreneurial spirit (enjoys running their own show)—will get a monthly P/L statement showing how their business is running in terms of P/L Someone who is paid only on commissions probably will not work out here Compensation is SALARY PLUS COMMISSIONS Top reps make $400-500K per year Ideal candidate?s revenues need to be at least 3X income Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and Outlook required Contact InformationJon Meredith
