Private Banking Administrator

The incumbent will be responsible for opening of new accounts, processing customer service requests, and processing teller transactions, and assisting in office operational tasks as assigned by manager. S/(he) will handle all aspects of client service requests and follow up, in support of client retention and business growth goals.  Position responsibilities will be performed according to established policies/procedures, response times and quality standards.  Incumbent will also identify potential client sales opportunities in the course of normal and pro-active service conversations (phone, mail, in-person). Incumbent will document such sales opportunities and endeavor to set up follow-up meetings with client and appropriate sales employees.

 

Undergraduate degree, relevant work experience, or 1-3 years experience in banking. Sales experience. Self-starter. Excellent interpersonal, communications, and problem solving ability. Confident, assertive, and professional.
