Position Summary:

 

The position of Private Banking Representative will establish service and maintain client banking relationships in a professional and efficient manner.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

· Strict adherence to bank policy and procedures

· Process various transactions to include, but, not limited to new account opening and closing, file maintenance, wire transfers, stop payments and transfers.

· Process incoming client telephone inquires

· Communicate with clients in a professional manner

· Process teller functions, when necessary

 

 

Knowledge and Abilities:

 

Banking Knowledge

Ability to work well with others

Comprehensive knowledge of customer service operations

Good interpersonal skills

Excellent communication (written and orally)

Excellent organizational skills

Superior customer service skills

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 3 to 5 years of banking platform experience in the capacity of Personal Banker, Customer Service Representative, or Financial Services Rep.BA degree in business, finance or related field preferred, but will consider work experience in lieu of degree
