Process Business Analyst

- Perform data analysis by understanding volumes, trends and recommending solutions.
- Handle multiple large or critical tasks concurrently.
- Analyze complex processes, work flows, dependencies, and impacts. Proactively seeks improvements.
- May identify, create and or develop new processes.
- Bring closure to issues, questions and requests and determine root cause to solve complex problems independently.
- Develop and design complex business and technical solutions, document processes, report efficiencies.
- Can work with projects that range from moderately complex to complex and where precedent has typically been established.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills which results in the ability to gather, analyze and report on project as well as project issues, and provides input as to resolution of issues.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills which results in ability to organize the internal communication plan including development of Business Case, production of project status reports, and post mortem review.
- Good judgment requiring less guidance in making judgment calls and which facilitates independence in decision making.



Requirements
- Strong understanding of project management theory and team dynamics.
- May assume accountability or take leadership role in parts of the project.
- Proficient in SharePoint / Team Site design and able to quickly learn and use new tools, such as Documentum.
- May participate in projects to design, develop and implement processes and tools to provide organizational support solutions. Researches options for delivery, recommends best solution for the need, and creates deliverables with little direction.
- Understanding pf process design/redesign concepts
- Understanding of organizational change management concepts
