Don't miss your chance to join our winning team!  This position is responsible for posting back office department transactions, customer transactions forwarded from Financial Centers, and Bank by Mail customer transactions received from the US Post Office.  Furthermore this position is responsible for researching and analyzing transactions. This position can also be responsible for providing entry-level back office support including, but not limited to, clerical duties such as filing and records maintenance, organizing, receiving, and distributing mail; proofing and/or entering data; duplicating various reports and correspondence, and performing various clerical duties. Essential Functions: Research, analyze and accurately process department postings. Maintain department time frames and standards. Maintain supporting files and records. Perform clerical and routine office assignments in support of department objectives. Perform other relevant duties as assigned.       PC experience with a variety of applications (Excel and Word required / Access preferred). Basic typing (30-35 wpm) skills. Basic 10 key skills. Basic understanding of HOA/OFCS/SAR systems. Communication skills, both verbal and written. Basic arithmetic concepts and applications. Possess excellent organizational skills.
