Duties: Prepares and executes purchase orders standard process and procedures - accountable for appropriate PO approvals, tracking, confirming and verifying the receipt of goods and services. Authorizing and validating the appropriate dollar by level. Communicates and adhere to the purchasing, contracts and business unit requirements and corporate business requirements. Ensure that contractual obligations are maintained that relate to the authorized product, pricing and services, delivery, SLA (Service Level Agreement) compliance per the Corporate, Contract and/or SOW (Statement of Work) requirements. Researches purchase orders, invoices and problem solves for the customer. Qualifications: 2 to 5 years of related experience of procurement and complex transactions.
