Job Title:  Product Administrator-Cash Management

 



Position Summary:

 

This position requires participation in the management, development, and implementation of products and services within the Cash Management department, as well as performing special projects as assigned.  This individual will assist the Customer Care Manager with the servicing of commercial Cash Management customers, including implementations, inbound telephone and email interaction, and site visits as necessary.  This individual must be customer focused and have the ability to quickly become familiar with

all standard practices and procedures within the department. 

 

 

Essential Functions:

 Assists in all aspects of product development and management process.Ensures quality, profitability and competitiveness within assigned products.Monitors results of specific functions and generates necessary reports for management.Writes technical product reports when necessary.Coordinates with sales officers to oversee implementation of products and services for new and existing customers.  Provides post-implementation customer follow-up to ensure complete satisfaction.Provides ongoing customer support as needed.Perform other tasks/duties as assigned.

 

 

Job Requirements:

 Bachelors Degree or work related experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to establish priorities and be self motivated and organizedAbility to interact well with customers, both in person and via telephone / emailExcellent Computer skills and software knowledge

 

 

Experience:

 Minimum three (3) years experience in Financial Services or a related field. Advanced skills in computer and software related areas.Knowledge of escrow accounting preferred.
