TCF Bank is a leading financial institution with more than 400 banking offices in the Midwest. Our Minneapolis-based company seeks an experienced professional to join our Wayzata, MN team as a:

CARD SERVICES PRODUCT ANALYST

You’ll be responsible for:
- Creating/improving management reporting in support of TCF’s Consumer and Business Card product lines along with the ATM network
- Work closely with product managers to support business case development for new, or to enhance existing, products, features, and services
- Drive scorecard and/or benchmark reporting to assure the business continues to deliver on key management objectives and profitability optimization opportunities
- Support marketing campaign development and post program performance tracking
- Seek out data sources to assist in answering key business/customer questions and leverage data to support key business strategies and tactics
- Analyzing internal and external data to be used to support/sell new business opportunities or products to Executive Management

This position requires:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Statistics; advanced degree is preferred
- Certified training or equivalent degree on SQL programming and query based software
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing analysis in customer segmentation, profiling, data mining, forecasting, tracking, and reporting
- 1+ year’s Microsoft Excel advance applications experience
- 1+ year’s experience in analysis based activities with aptitude in logic, problem/resolution, and behavioral studies
- Experience summarizing analysis findings for executive management
- SQL query-based software experience
- Relational database development experience preferred
