Product Development Manager

Susquehanna has an excellent opportunity for a Product Development Manager.

Will be responsible for working with Operations, Sales, and other affiliate/Parent Company personnel, participating in the review of company markets and evaluation of existing and potential products, developing new products or modifications to existing products, managing the delivery of sales initiatives and changes to existing products across all three affiliate banks.

Will also research and propose potential products or product changes that meet market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings using sound business case methodology, monitor product profitability of each product and suggest ways to enhance revenue generation and/or cost control, and maintain an awareness of new trends and developments in financial industry products.

Top candidates will possess the following:

· Bachelor degree or equivalent

· Product Management experience

· General Management experience

· Knowledge of financial deposit and loan products and services with a minimum of 10 years related experience

· Strong communication skills.
