Position Description:

Responsible for designing, and implementing, a customized TMS product training curriculum for all levels of TMS staff. Account Officers, junior A/O's, branch management and staff as well as pertinent Retail support staff. Training will cover all TMS products, installation, operation, usage, underlying core banking systems, and troubleshooting. This will include basic diagnostic techniqes to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct common failure points.Qualifications/Experience: minimum 5yrs experience. Must have intermediate experience with computers, cash management product/system as well as Metavante experience are a must. Must possess strong interpersonal skills. Must have excellent verbal, written and listening skills.
