Learns the product'sfeatures, functions and how the product meets a client's needs. Works withproduct managers and internal support personnel to understand how theproduct plan addresses the competitive and market environment as well asprofitability requirements. Supports the implementation of the approved Product Plan. Works withdiverse departments within SSC to manage the product throughout theproduct life cycle. Participates and supports market research efforts to enhance productcapabilities and competitive positioning. Provides analytical support to monitor and support product plans and other initiatives. Facilitates the resolution of time-sensitive issues related to integration ofexisting products or development of new product(s). Understands the market trends that impact on assigned product. Contribute ideas and information that serves to improve on the existing product plans. Proactively identify problems or issues relating to assigned product. Work through the issues to ensure that product objectives are met.Employee SpecificationsB.S. degree is required. 4 - 6 years of financial services or high tech experience in a projectmanagement related role is required. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are required. Strong project management skills to manage multiple issues simultaneously. Ability to work well in a team oriented environment.
