Provides superior level of customer service and support to internal and external clients.  The position will consult with hiring managers in Region to ensure understanding of job competencies and hiring parameters.  Sources, screens, and refers qualified, diverse candidates to Hiring Managers in Region. Negotiates Service Level Agreements. Collaborates with managers on selection, offers, and strategies for hiring in accordance with employment laws and policies. Supports the implementation of the Diversity Hiring Initiative, including creative sourcing, attention to diversity in vendor contracts, and collaborates with Business Managers. Ensures the adherence to Affirmative Action guidelines by proactively maintaining job files and community activity.  Develop and implement programs and/or initiatives to address strategic employment needs.  Facilitate implementation and communication of programs and policies, recommending enhancements, as appropriate, and directing and/or participating in resolving questions/issues. Job Requirements:Must be able to comprehend business structure and terminology for areas supported.  Undergraduate degree or equivalent in work experience. Five to seven years of recruiting experience. There is a preference for candidates that have experience in a contingency or retained search environment.  Must have a sales and customer service orientation.  Requires marketing, planning, networking and negotiation skills. Must have knowledge of EEO and employment related laws. Technical competence with database management software and, word processing software and Lotus Notes is preferred. Internet skills and familiarity with applicant tracking systems are desirable.
