CUSO Financial Services, L.P. (CFS) offers credit union members full-service financial planning and investment advice. Our Registered Representatives work in tandem with the financial institution to provide comprehensive financial services to credit union members.

 

CFS works exclusively with some of the nation’s largest credit unions.  As a Licensed Program Manager, you become part of the credit union environment providing investment services to members and building member relationships.

Job Description:

 

The Program Manager will oversee the continued growth, revenue and profitability of a portfolio of Managed Programs from the CFS perspective. This individual will assist in setting and achieving revenue/profit goals for the managed programs as a portfolio and individually. The Program Manager will assist with developing and maintaining strong relationships with the CU staff and be responsible for the growth of their investment programs.  Our Program Manager will work directly with the CU executives, their credit union staff, the registered reps, sales assistants and the program managers to build and implement annual business plans to support growth. Our Program Manager will be responsible for identifying and recruiting for staffing needs at designated programs, coaching, mentoring, and providing both basic and advanced sales training to registered reps, sales assistants, etc.

 

Qualified Candidate will have:

 

· Must have 5-7 years related investment industry experience and/or training

· Series 7,66 and Life licenses are required. May be required to obtain the Series 24.

· CFP preferred.

· Previous management and sales coaching experience a must

· Strong communication skills and public speaking experience

· Must have a clean U-4.

· Must have proficient computer skills.

 

Travel is required.
