Project Analyst - Service

The Company is seeing a skilled and talented senior accountant. This is a regular full time position with a competitive salary and benefit package.  Position reports to Director of Accounting.

 

Job responsibilities:

 Maintain all aspects of fixed asset system including: 1) Assets bought, built, or transferred will be placed in service, in a timely manner, to begin depreciation; 2) All assets removed from service will be taken out of the fixed asset system & expensed; 3) ensure proper classification & tracking of leases.Responsible for multi state registrationHands on experience in multi-state sales/use taxReview periodically the G/L for input accuracy and verify that accounts have been reviewed for content.Coordinate with business controllers/financial analyst and post month-end standard journal entries.Payroll processing, including input into payroll software, posting payroll journal entries, reconciling benefit bill.Maintain and reconcile inter-company balancePrepaid, deferred revenues and other balance sheet accounts.Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualification & ExperienceBachelor degree in Accounting3-5 years experience in accounting areaDetail oriented, organized,CPA preferredStrong communication skillStrong multi-task management skillProficient Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including excellent Excel SAP experience highly preferred
