Project Financial Analyst

plumRHINO Consulting has an exciting, long term consulting opportunity for a Project Financial Analyst in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years financial analysis experience.  The selected candidate will be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support from a project perspective for a large scale initiative. 

 

Responsibilities Include:Coordination of financial reporting, project forecasting, budgeting, preparing financial projections, financial tracking, ad-hoc reporting, and monthly forecasting Partner with project managers to understand project status and timelines and effectively communicate cost impact and reportingEnsure that all project procurement of equipment and resources is well planned and positively impacts the overall project scheduleAct in lead role in identifying, defining and seeking solutions to issues, as well as, risks and financial sensitivitiesConduct complex assignments and lead special assignments as required.

 

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or BusinessMinimum of 4 years financial analysis experience in banking, finance or IT infrastructureExperience with budgeting/forecasting, financial modeling/planning and decision supportStrong analytical ability and attention to detailAbility to work independently aggressive timelinesStrong relationship management and consulting skillsPrevious experience and knowledge with Hyperion Essbase.
