Establish ESS Project Office:

• Project Portfolio Management – including definition and implementation of processes and tools

• Liaise with TIS SPO (Strategic Project Office) to address risks, issues and action items related to definition, deployment and adoption of the new processes and tools

• Produce the communications in the form and frequency defined in the communication plan of the program • Define and maintain metrics on status of implementation, support efficiency and adoption

• Manage project performance

• Define and maintain project status reports In order to do this, the candidate will be working in a highly collaborative environment to ensure the processes adoption:

• Working with internal clients in Process definition, requirements gathering and validation

• Provide training, guidelines and support to ESS staff in the execution of the rolled-out processes/ tools

• Communicate effectively with all levels involved to ensure consistency and clarity of the message

Education and Professional Qualifications


Essential 
Degree in Computer Science or related subjects 
Desirable
PMI Certification 

Work Experience


Essential 
 Process Definition, Facilitation and Implementation. Global roll-outs and support of processes and tools Understanding of metrics and its implementation and data analysis, metrics and statistical techniques Thorough understanding of SDLC concepts and project/portfolio management techniques Preparing and conducting training

Technical Skills/Exnerience

 Should have pleasing personality, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to convince, strong analytical ability and relationship building. • Planview and CMM knowledge are a Plus • Other certifications are a Plus: PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, ITIL and 6 SIGMA
