QC Servicing Compliance Specialist

Pay,Benefits, & Work Schedule Hours Per Week: 40 Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Qualifications Minimum 3 years mortgage servicing experience required. Mortgage servicing knowledge of overall operation flow desirable. Good verbal communications, report writing, and organizational skills. Ability to act effectively with all levels of management. Good analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to work under minimal supervision. PC skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel and mortgage servicing software. Some college helpful or work equivalent experience. Responsibilities Complete quality control reviews and reports on all departments within the mortgage servicing area. The reviews are designed to test for compliance with Federal and State Law, such as RESPA and FCRA, as well as investor guidelines (FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA, Housing Authorities, etc.). Maintain record of audit results with appropriate supporting documentation such as worksheets, screen prints, system reports and other hardcopy source documents. Provide cohesive and productive contribution to the QC Servicing Department's group effort. Perform Riskman, SOX and ORC self-monitoring testing. Perform other compliance related functions.
