We are looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to be a part of their growing success.  The candidate must be driven to excellence with the ability to work and think independently. Candidate should be accomplished in the development of complex test scripts in a distributed application, both manual and automated, and able to perform post-test analysis and assessment including the interpretation of process logs.  As a Quality Assurance Analyst you will be responsible for ongoing regression testing and analysis of enhancements to my client's market-leading trade order management network.  Duties and Responsibilities Develop detailed test plans/scripts Perform manual tests on multiple operating systems and platforms. Analyze testing results. Contribute to regression test by developing and recording test cases and analyzing results of regression test. Accurately report software errors to the Development group. Review design specifications and create workflow based test plans, industry knowledge being a relevant skill. Apply quality procedures and test standards to testing activities. Participate in other departmental projects as deemed necessary.  Skills Industry Knowledge: 2-4 years of equities experience. Proven analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to write comprehensive test plans/scripts. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to prioritize workloads. Relational database experience in Sybase, Oracle, or SQL Server. Experience working with trade order management and portfolio modeling software, a plus.
