Quality Assurance Phone Auditor - Bilingual Prem Pay

This position is responsible for reviewing, tracking, and monitoring the accuracy of the work processed by the Service Center thereby replacing the company's risk and exposure to potential losses.  Additionally, the audit process is a communication tool used to provide feedback for training purposes and to ensure that the Service Center is in compliance with the procedures set forth by our Clients.  This is accomplished through performing individual paper audits; Customer Service Representative call monitoring and reviewing system generated edit reports.  The results of the audits are summarized and provided to our Clients on a routine basis to demonstrate compliance with service standards.  This position is non-exempt. Primary Job Duties:  Tasks are structured, some might be non-routine.Reviews the processing of insurance mail received to determine if appropriate maintenance/disbursements were performed.Determines if associates followed procedures of the appropriate Client.Reviews daily system generated edit reports and identify potential errors. Captures and communicates all detected error conditions to the processing associate and Unit Manager.Generally works in a single-client functional environment due to limited knowledge and skill set.  May rotate through other areas for familiarization with broader activities. Disclaimer:This description provides the minimum qualification of this position, but does not necessarily include every responsibility, requirement, skill, or working condition associated with the job. Knowledgeable in all the duties of the Quality Auditor and processing positions, or similar positions. Customer Service experience desired Has gained knowledge & experience with computer system and company products & services. College degree preferred or equivalent work experience. Track-all and Fidelity knowledge is desirable.
