The Data Trace system, the largest of its kind, delivers title history information, property tax assessment and payment data, document images, and property files in major metropolitan areas across the United States.We are currently seeking Quality Control Researchers for our San Bernardino location.Responsibilities include: Captures, scanning, chain records, comments, misc QA edit reports, abstracting and locating maps, creation and maintenance of plat list, plant date certification, customer submitted plant corrections, vendor queries, database clean-up, CD conversion, data inventory, missing document/bankruptcy/probate/map tracking & resolution, etc.QualificationsHS diploma preferred. Two years experience in related field. Data entry skills.
