We currently have an excellent opportunity in Walnut Creek, CA for a highly motivated professional with proven expertise in MS Access to perform a variety of moderately complex analytical duties, including the collection and analysis of financial data from reports and various sources.

In this role, you will: Provide an accurate and timely incentive plan awards to the bank field personnel Manage the daily operations of assigned incentive plans encompassing requirements and compliance to bank policy/risk control methods Perform statistical analyses on incentive plan results Provide guidance to customers on all issues related to assigned plans Make decisions on plan proposals and requests not consistent with the contract language or contrary to plan requirements Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports on respective incentive plans administration Manage the incentive payout process to ensure accuracy within the Bank’s policy, and provide accurate and error free payout files to HR Payroll Analyze and recommend enhancements to manual processes to create efficiencies Manage the monthly data base backup and recovery support to the respective plan’s critical reports and documentation Analyze and interpret financial data from third party business partners and accurately apply the information into the incentive plan program Develop and maintain complex program formulas to run respective incentive plans Coach and develop Plan Administrators

The position requires: A BA/BS or equivalent combination of education Database or Accounting Experience 3-5 years of banking/financial services experience 2-4 years of financial/accounting experience A firm understanding of small business lending policies, procedures, and practices Thorough knowledge of financial institution balance sheets, profit/loss analysis techniques, regulatory issues, and the application of principles, standards, and industry practices/techniques PC proficiency with MS Office, with advanced knowledge of MS Access Excellent analytical, math, research, statistical, and written/verbal communication skills.
