Required Skills:Three to five years middle market relationship management experience. Five to seven years middle market credit related experience including financial analysis and underwriting. Extensive knowledge of credit and non-credit products. Extensive Knowledge of: Local market and business community PNC Bank's credit risk tolerance, credit policies, credit administration procedures, and risk rating methodology Structuring credit-based solutions for larger, more complex transactions PNC Bank's non-credit products Finance, economics, accounting, taxation and mathematics related to capital markets Skilled at: Managing total client relationships Assessing risks and structuring loans to mitigate risks Balancing client needs, PNC Bank's risk tolerance and PNC Bank's return hurdles when making credit decisions Creating comprehensive strategic solutions for clients and coordinating teams to deliver such solutions Selling and marketing Negotiating and communicating Training and mentoringJob Description:Principally, selling non-credit based products, and to a lesser extent, credit based products to a group of managed relationships. Advisor to clients on all financial needs with an increased emphasis on non-credit products. Independently manages a large portfolio in both dollar amounts and client complexity. Responsible for the assigned client's interaction with the entire breadth of the PNC Financial Services Group by functioning as the key financial advisor for the client and effectively identifying cross-sell opportunities for each assigned relationship. Markets to assigned clients a broad range of financial products to include, but not limited to: credit, capital markets services, treasury management services, asset management, PNC Advisors and employee benefit products. Maintains a regular call effort on the assigned relationships. Leads credit structuring with portfolio (account) management group by assisting with deal structuring to meet client's overall needs. Promotes PNC Bank as a quality place to do business through demonstrated sales orientation, actions and words. If you would like additional information about this outstanding opportunity, please contact Bill Shryock at 513-651-8504 Interested individuals please submit your resume by selecting the "Apply Now" button.
