Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality of service. Maintains directives, policies and procedures and timelines. Create and review daily exception reports to manage team. Oversee staff compliance within policy, procedures and timelines. High School diploma or equivalent requiredAt least 3-5 years management or supervisory experienceStrong REO knowledge 3+ years of related work experience Well rounded Default Mortgage Operations knowledge and experience requiredStrong oral & written skillsAbility to work efficiently in multi-tasked environmentStrong leadership abilityCapable of working in a fast paced environmentCapable of prioritizing work as volumes shift
