POSITION TITLE: RFP Analyst

To prepare the various financial databases’ quarterly updates, respond to Request for Proposal (RFP)/Request for Information (RFI)/Questionnaire requests and develop a strong working relationship with internal support staff of those firms who service Systematic’s key clients and prospects. Add all product and performance information into the various financial databases. Complete all RFI and RFP submissions for compliance review at least three business days before the deadline, as permissible. Update RFP Machine (response database) in order to maintain timely and accurate information. Help ensure all internal files and records are properly saved and backed up on appropriate systems. Serve as backup for graphics and marketing team members.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1.     Conduct comprehensive review and analysis of all written material for accuracy, completeness and professionalism.
2.     Provide support to marketing, sales and client service team members, including but not limited to client information requests, account holdings requests, administrative analysis, correspondence requests and various reports.
3.     Collect, record and maintain information from multiple sources and internal systems (RFP Machine, Axys, Baseline, FactSet and Satuit) as required to provide back up and audit trail for work produced. Prepare management information reports as needed.
4.     Assist Vice President and Senior Vice President in providing marketing support services to clients and consultants, as well as sales and service team members, as needed.
5.     Perform various functions as directed Partners, COO and other management officers, including but not limited to, backing up other marketing personnel as needed.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

1.     Degree (Business, Marketing or Communications degree) preferred or equivalent work experience.
2.     Familiarity with investment management industry, stock market fundamentals, portfolio management theory, as well as marketing and sales practices.
3.     Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills required.
4.     Proficiency with various commercial software packages required; RFP Machine, Axys, Baseline, FactSet, Satuit and Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Access, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
5.     Internet-Based research ability required.
6.     Ability to work in a team environment, maintain a professional attitude at all times, coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.
