RMO Site Manager I - Chicago

Responsible for the management of the operational units directly providing Treasury Management - Receivables Management Operations products of PNC Bank at a regional site with more than one hundred employees. Directs all activities to ensure cost effective service deliverables, and client/service partner expectations are met. Maintains and promotes an environment that encourages employee satisfaction and development. Ensures personnel training and compliance to Bank policies, banking regulations and the Code of Ethics. Develops and provides recommendations to senior management to ensure a competitive market position that supports continued growth and our strategic objectives.Essential Functions - Critical Elements of the JobDirects the site planning, budgeting, and quality and production goals for service deliverables. Develops and assigns operating objectives to managers and supervisors and monitors results.Maintains in-depth knowledge of the operations products and services related to and which support the client and market. Functions as the operations product manager for one of the primary cash management product lines across all PNC affiliates.Ensures the ability to provide cost effective quality service deliverables and participates in client/service partner tours, meetings and discussions to provide recommendations to optimize delivery solutions. Directs periodic assessment of overall product performance and recommends pricing for services provided based on market knowledge and associated costs.Participates as required in the selling of services to new/existing customers through any communication necessary and in service calls to it.Responsible for the overall security and control procedures of all functions in the department to prevent losses by fraud or through inadvertent error.Interacts with other departments, vendors, and clients concerning problems with the services provided and ensures their timely resolution. Establishes and enforces departmental policy to provide the successful support/delivery of the services.Required Skills:Qualified candidates should have ten or more years of progressive management experience in Treasury Management and/or a banking operations/remittance processing environment. Proven lockbox operations experience preferred but not required.
