Function:  Perform due diligence on approved loans in accordance with bank policy and approval terms; Order title work, appraisals, good standing certificates, and environmental inspections as appropriate; Document small business loans using specific loan documentation software (LaserPro); Work with sales associates, title companies and Retail Credit Administration to schedule loan closings; Prepare loan packages for booking through review of signed loan documents.Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED.
