Including yours. * As ranked for 2006 by Inside Mortgage Finance (Feb. 2, 2007)© 2007.Reconciliation Analyst Primary Responsibilities Include:·  Completing the collection of invoices/support and support the timely collection of unpaid fees due balances on service released loans through internal communication·  Interacting with management and internal business partners on a regular basis to ensure items are being reported correctly and collected/cleared in a timely manner·  Preparing fees due reports for management·  Preparing ad hoc reports and assist with special projects as needed by management·  Enhancing, creating and documenting flow processes and responsibilities·  Performing other work-related duties as assigned A Successful Candidate Will Have:·  Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting·  Proficiency in of PC with programs such as Word, Excel, Lotus Notes and Access·  Ability to motivate and be a team player·  Ability to multitask·  Ability to present information to others with various degrees of understanding of department procedures, rules and regulations in a manner that all may understand and use·  Ability to interpret and write numbers and letters correctly·  Ability to set and meet deadlines·  Ability to develop, maintain and work with spreadsheets and other formatted documents required by management·  Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines·  Effective comprehension, listening, presentation, negotiation, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Countrywide is committed to leveraging the talent of a diverse workforce to create great opportunities for our business and our people.
