Research and clear facility Unidentified Accounts
Research and resolve reconciliation variances; review Unmatched EFT Report
Complete Cash and Related Reconciliations according to established guidelines; forward to facility accounting and work with them to resolve any issues
Reconcile Intra-Facility (180) Payment Transfers
Special projects as assigned
Requirements:
Proficient in use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to provide positive customer service
Ability to maintain independent work schedule
Ability to work collaboratively with team members
Ability to be organized with attention to detail
Excellent math, analytical and problem solving skills
Data entry and 10-key by touch
High school diploma or equivalent
2-3 years of related experience; adjustment posting a plus
