OVERVIEW OF ROLE
The Center of Excellence for Credit Suisse a newly created facility in RTP, NC for the Operations, Controllers, Shared Services, and IT functions. The Center of Excellence is building a staff of Operations, Product Control, Financial Accounting, HR, and IT development professionals and is seeking recruitment staff with local knowledge and experience. The recruiting contracts coordinator will be responsible for supporting the recruiting team in all elements of recruiting and contracts administration.
MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
· Provide administrative and contracts support for the IT and Shared Services recruitment teams; schedule interviews, maintain database and coordinate management participation in the recruiting cycle for both perm and contract staff.
· Suppport the Contract Administration for all IT and nonIT Contractor hires – Recruiting, ensure rates are accurate, Vendor relationships, Onboarding, Terminations, VIPS Reporting, etc….
· Create required forms in CS’s electronic HR system: May include Authority to Recruit (ATR’s) to initiate recruitment process, post jobs to Jobs@CS and launch draft Global Hiring Authorizations for offers.
· Create new requisitions in PeopleClick/PeopleSoft. Update PeopleClick/PeopleSoft requisitions with interview guides and interview feedback forms. Maintain recruiting workflow process with candidates and requisitions.
· Assist recruiters with job board postings and general recruiting mailbox.
· Coordinate and schedule all recruiting events including phone interviews, hiring manager technical phone screens, recruiter interviews and final round interviews. Confirm interviews with candidates, recruiters and hiring managers using appropriate email templates. Book interview rooms and conference rooms. Notify additional staff of schedule for testing purposes. Coordinate candidate nametags and arrivals with CS Receptionist.
· Create interview folders for recruiters and hiring managers. Maintain filing system for candidate information.
· Administer pre-employment tests (Wonderlic and technical tests). Grade and record scores as appropriate.
· Attend campus events, job fairs and company events.
· Participate in Final Round interview feedback sessions to record notes on candidates or collect feedback forms.
· Collect and place catering/restaurant orders during Final Round interviews.
· Create offer letters and offer packets.
· Ability to manage administration for high volume recruiting demands, building and maintaining successful client relationships, and project management.
· Develop and maintain MIS Reporting/Tracking for all aspects of the recruiting life cycle in PeopleClick/PeopleSoft
· Must be comfortable working with advanced Excel functions/database management and sophisticated PowerPoint presentations.
· Working with external organizations to broaden the reach of our recruiting effort
· Welcome candidates, visitors and Credit Suisse employees to the RTP CoE. Provide information on facility, jobs and candidate status, as requested.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
· 2-4 years’ experience HR Administration or recruiting support in a large corporate environment
· Strong interest in a career as a recruiter desirable
· Excellent organizational skills
· Strong customer service and professionalism
· Experience supporting a recruiting team
· Fluency in recruitment software (PeopleClick, PeopleSoft, Tale) – particularly reporting functions/features.
· Extremely strong with MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
EDUCATION
A bachelor’s degree required; PHR/SPHR desirable.
