Recruiting Manager/Coordinator Description Description:Job Summary and Mission:The ITI recruiting manager/coordinator will be the central point of contact for ITI with all regional ITI recruitment firms. Key Responsibilities:- Represent ITI at the Group Resourcing Program forum and all other UBS group and cross business Recruiting forums- Make sure that all ITI open jobs are posted in each region and that ITI open positions are being worked on - Meet weekly or b-weekly with recruiting contacts in each of the regions to review open positions, progress on open roles and number of roles filled- Work with each region's recruiting organization contacts to create recruiting reports for ITI that can eventually be consolidated into a global Stream and regional views including recruiting activity, overall costs and costs per hire - Act as point of escalation for ITI HR CRMs and line managers for all recruiting issues and problems -Coordinate and centralize all of the information on (the few) retained searches whch are conducted each year -Possibility of doing some limited hands on interviewing of senior candidates for ITI roles as needed working closely with our Recruiting partners and HR CRMs to ensure a seamless process - Coordinate and oversee all graduate, intern and GTP hiring programs we currently run or may develop in the future - May also get involved in providing HR CRM coverage for the US team as appropriateQualifications:- 5 to 7 years recruiting life cycle experience- Some CRM experience preferred- Strong interpersonal, communications, and organizational skills required- Bachelor's degreeSalary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experienceWe can offer you an exciting, fast-paced working environment, a culture of mutual respect and commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards and the opportunity to play a vital role in our growth.Job Location: Jersey City, NJJob Number: RUSAUBS127-594258Company URL: http://www.ubs.com/Company Profile:UBS is a leading global financial services firm.
